Chris :
So im thinking of going to the University of North Dakota for aviation and then graduate with a degree related to aviation and then going into the Navy, Marines, or Air Force to try and get a piloting job. By having an education in aviation give me a better chance of being able to pilot in these branches of the military?

My guess is no. The US military forces, if they would accept you you as a pilot, would give you better quality training than any university or commercial school.
I think the reality is roughly the opposite. Starting aviation in the military would give you a better chance at a commercial career as a pilot.
Keep in mind this is not expected to be a high paying or exciting career. The industry has changed a lot in the past 10-15 years. You should only go into aviation if you are convinced you will love it even if you would not make much money from it.
No! Unless you plan to study aeronautical engineering any other aviation-related course is a waste of time and money. It will not help you at all in the flight training in the military. Get a degree in a field that will gain you entry into a job that pays enough to support yourself and potentially a family. I was a flight instructor in Basic Jet flight school in the Navy and civilian experience was worthless. In fact, instructors did not want the students to have any because it took too much valuable flight time to break the student’s bad habits. You will get a head start if you join the Air Force or Navy ROTC program in college. That way you will graduate and be commissioned an officer on the same day. No OCS time wasted and you can go directly into the flight training of either service.
